The question was asked. “I'd love to get some ideas how to measure utilization of office space?” Maybe this answer will be helpful to anybody in a similar position.
This discussion may be helped by extending the question a little. In addition to measuring utilization of space it is recognized that it would also be good to know what the space is contributing (a) to the employees and (b) to the business.
